The 11th China Military Intelligence Technology Equipment Exhibition came to a successful close on May 16, 2026, at the Beijing National Convention Center.
As an RFID solution provider specializing in fixed asset and warehouse management digitization, FYJ actively responded to the modernization trend of logistics support management. The company showcased its RFID-based unit material management solution and smart canteen management solution at Booth A17.
The solutions comprehensively cover three major management scenarios: materials, fixed asset records, and food supplies. Driven by RFID technology, they help upgrade management from “extensive” to “precision,” effectively reducing the burden on manpower, transportation, and financial resources for units.
At this exhibition, FYJ focused on the core challenges of warehouse management and food supply management in logistics support units. Aligned with the logistics construction requirements of “innovation-driven, standardized and intensive,” the company introduced targeted RFID smart solutions, establishing a closed-loop management system from data collection to full-process execution.

01 RFID Unit Material Management Solution: Intelligent Material Management
To address long-standing pain points in logistics warehouse/fixed asset management—such as chaotic inbound/outbound processes, slow inventory checks, mismatches between records and actual stock, and cumbersome requisition procedures—FYJ’s RFID unit material management solution offers clear answers:
In scenarios such as requisition, borrowing, and returning of materials in warehouses and fixed asset records, RFID tunnel gates and facial recognition devices are deployed at warehouse entrances and exits. The system automatically reads material tag information and synchronously records personnel details, eliminating manual registration and enabling dual verification of people and items with automatic traceability. Who took what, when, and from where is clear at a glance.
If a material is requisitioned without approval or in violation of rules, the tunnel gate immediately triggers an alarm and notifies the administrator, preventing unauthorized or mistaken pickups.

Administrators can simply walk through the warehouse with an RFID handheld reader to efficiently complete inventory checks. Inventory records are automatically synced with the system, and surplus/shortage reports can be generated with one click. Stock information is updated in real time.

With audible and visually guided tags, the system quickly locates materials, ensuring they can be found and requisitioned promptly in emergency situations.

FYJ’s RFID unit material management solution automatically records all material changes in the backend management system, ensuring full traceability from inbound to outbound, significantly enhancing the traceability and security of unit material warehouses.

Leveraging barcode and AI technologies, FYJ’s smart canteen management solution precisely meets the requirements of logistics support units for full-chain closed-loop management of food support and safety:
Equipped with AI smart scales, the system enables automatic inbound and outbound processing of food supplies. When food is placed on the AI smart scale, the system automatically identifies the type and weight, simultaneously records supplier, batch, and shelf-life information, and generates electronic documents that are uploaded to the backend in real time. This ensures all food information is fully traceable and strictly implements key control measures such as procurement traceability and incoming inspection.

Using a PDA to scan food tags, staff can quickly complete inventory checks and routine operations. The system supports FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) management. When food is approaching its expiration date, the system automatically issues a warning, reminding administrators to prioritize its use, effectively reducing safety risks and food waste.

FYJ’s smart canteen management solution allows real-time viewing of the entire process from procurement and inbound to requisition and outbound, ensuring full traceability at every stage. It builds a closed-loop food management system, fully meeting the strict requirements of units for intelligent food traceability and safety.

At this year’s military technology exhibition, FYJ focused on unit logistics material management scenarios, delivering a feast of intelligent management to visiting customers with its RFID smart management solutions and various RFID hardware devices.

Across material warehouses, fixed asset records, food management, and customer experience, FYJ achieved comprehensive intelligent management of people, assets, and environments. This helps administrative units and military/police forces strengthen logistics material management, concentrate on innovative transformation, emphasize standardization and intensification, and drive the shift from extensive to precision management—building a new logistics material management pattern with clear responsibilities, standardized operations, and robust supervision.
The 2026 Beijing Military Technology Exhibition has successfully concluded, but FYJ’s commitment to exploring IoT and RFID technological innovation will not stop.

Going forward, FYJ will continue to be driven by scenario-based innovation, deepening its RFID solutions to support the digital upgrade of fixed asset and warehouse management. By contributing technological strength to the high-quality development of modern logistics units, FYJ aims to co-create a new era of smart connectivity for all things.
