As a leading provider of RFID solutions, FYJ specializes in tailoring RFID management solutions for various industries, helping them achieve leapfrogs in management efficiency.
In this project, we customized a fully automated RFID warehouse management solution for a semiconductor company controlled by a Fortune 500 Group. This solution addressed challenges such as large warehouse space, a massive number of pallets, difficulty in identifying densely stacked and covered items, low manual inventory efficiency, and delayed data updates. It has driven the transformation of semiconductor industry warehouse management from traditional manual methods to intelligent management models.
Project Name: RFID Smart Warehouse
Product Category: Semiconductor Industry
Project Address: Haidong City, Qinghai Province
The holding group is one of the 12 large-scale cement enterprises supported by the state, with multiple wholly-owned or controlled subsidiaries. As a key member of this group, the client company covers an area of 3,033 mu (approx. 202 hectares), with a total investment of about 10 billion RMB. Its business scope includes the manufacturing, sales, and R&D of electronic specialty materials, sales of non-metallic minerals and products, smelting of common non-ferrous metals, as well as power generation, transmission, and distribution.
Huge number of pallets: Over 20,000 pallets across 3,000 mu (approx. 200 hectares). The large volume of pallets in the turnover area makes inventory work extremely heavy.

Severe tarpaulin coverage: Goods are fully covered by tarpaulins and stacked densely, making visual inspection and scanning difficult. It is impossible to quickly identify the internal goods information.

Low manual inventory efficiency: Reliance on manual inventory is time-consuming and labor-intensive, resulting in delayed data updates and low inventory accuracy.

Difficulty implementing FIFO: Inability to identify the sequence of inbound goods leads to easy accumulation of outdated stock.

Difficulty locating goods: Tarpaulin coverage and dense stacking make it hard to locate specific batches, affecting outbound efficiency.

Lack of real-time visualization: Management cannot monitor real-time information on pallet occupancy, empty space distribution, and goods movement across different areas, making timely adjustments difficult.
Rapid inventory counting: Conduct comprehensive warehouse checks and counts quickly.
Solve existing pain points: Address low inventory efficiency, delayed data, and identification difficulties.
Intelligent management: Leverage RFID technology to achieve intelligent management, improving inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
To address the client's current warehouse management pain points, we provided the following RFID intelligent warehouse management solution:
1.Real-time inventory visualization: Real-time updates and data aggregation for inbound, outbound, and inventory processes, making inventory data clear at a glance.
2.Intelligent batch inventory: Using RFID handheld readers to achieve long-range batch scanning, greatly improving inventory efficiency.
3.Pallet/box identity empowerment: RFID non-metal-resistant tags intelligently match pallet/box information, enabling precise one-item-one-code automated management.

4.Automated inbound/outbound: Next-generation WiFi-enabled UHF RFID integrated reader/writer for automated inbound and outbound management.

In addition, the FYJ RFID intelligent warehouse management solution offers functions such as location management, transfer tracking, inventory alerts, and report statistics, providing robust support for intelligent warehouse management.
We offer both on-site and remote deployment options. The client can choose as needed. For this project, the client chose remote deployment:
DEPLOYMENT 01 – Remote Collaborative Installation: The technical team remotely assists with installation, precisely planning the sensing range based on the warehouse's actual layout and environment, and completing device setup and system debugging.

DEMONSTRATION 02 – Usage Demonstration and Explanation: Detailed operational demonstrations of the system and hardware help clients familiarize themselves with the RFID solution workflow.

GUIDANCE 03 – One-on-One Technical Guidance: Specialized training and technical support are provided to the client's warehouse staff, ensuring they quickly master RFID system operation and efficient use.

AFTER-SALES 04 – Online Service System Establishment: After deployment, an online after-sales service system is established, offering 7×12 hours of year-round online guidance and after-sales support.
Inbound/Outbound Efficiency Increased by 120%
Inventory Efficiency Increased by 80%

Accuracy Rate Up to 99.9%
Estimated Annual Cost Savings of Over 100,000 RMB

With the FYJ RFID intelligent warehouse management solution, the company has achieved real-time tracking and full lifecycle visualized management for every pallet and box, ensuring precise control of goods status and transparent, efficient circulation.
Inventory work has been reduced from several days to just a few hours. Warehouse turnover efficiency has significantly improved, with estimated annual savings of over 100,000 RMB in labor and management costs!
The customized RFID intelligent warehouse management solution not only upgrades traditional manual operations to intelligent automated processes but also enables real-time tracking and dynamic monitoring of inventory accuracy. This provides solid support for the company's digital management while helping build a precise, efficient, and visualized modern warehouse management system.

Q1: How does RFID work for warehouses with tarpaulin-covered goods?
A: FYJ's UHF RFID readers use high-penetration radio frequency waves that can read tag signals through tarpaulin covers, enabling batch scanning without removing covers or unpacking pallets.
Q2: What is the typical ROI for implementing an RFID warehouse system?
A: Based on this semiconductor case study, the client achieved 120% inbound/outbound efficiency gain, 80% inventory time reduction, and over 100,000 RMB annual cost savings.
Q3: Can FYJ provide remote deployment support?
A: Yes, FYJ offers both on-site and remote deployment. For this project, remote collaborative installation was successfully completed with 7×12 online after-sales support.
